FAQs COMMON TO PDR SERIES

Q. Do I need to order a separate interface bracket for my monitor or TV?
A. Yes and no.  We offer the PDR in both the "Universal" (PDRUB (black) or PDRUS (Silver)) and also the "Custom Interface" models.  If you order a "Universal" model then no other interface is required. If you order a "Custom Interface" model you will need to identify the custom bracket required for your TV.  To identify the correct interface for your television please give us a call at 1-800-329-6506 option 2 or you can use Chief's Mount Finder Pro to identify the correct part number and then just use the "Manufacturer's Search" on our home page to bring up your specific model.
